Got to Experience
This hotel is something straight out of Lifestyles of the rich and famous. It’s located on a beautiful property just minutes from lots of Game of Thrones filming locations. The breakfast is amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like VIP’s. Our staff especially Peter & Paul we’re exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our first visit to Northern Ireland amazing. We even got a brief tour of the town in the Rolls Royce. The hotel has an incredible gin bar. We booked a couples soak in a wood fired bath outside on the river at night, complete with cocktails and privacy. You will not want to leave. If you are stressed out, this place is essential for your health.

Lovely relaxing break. The hotel is lovely, the thermal village was wonderful and the room superb. We asked for a Merlot wine at dinner but didn’t realise there were 2 on the menu and were brought the more expensive, rather than being asked to qualify! The “espresso” coffee was very disappointing. It certainly wasn’t espresso but a very small filter coffee in a “ bog standard” coffee cup. The coffee at breakfast was also disappointing.

Relaxing weekend
Outstanding facilities with wee extra touches. From the doormen's welcome until we left only one thing let it down .... the waiter/waitressing staff in Gillies. They totally ignore clientele at breakfast waiting for table and in the evening when we were looking for Fratelli's. Be on your guard when checking out. Myself and another couple were left arguing at reception as we were being charged for extras on our room which were incorrect on both counts.
