Such a shame because it could be good.
The pictures look fresh and nice but this place is tired and in need of some investment. They say don't judge a book by its cover but on this occasion we should have. The outside of the hotel is not warm and welcoming. It has graffiti on the walls and it does not look like a hotel.

Good stay with close proximity to Roma termini and Colosseum. Hotel stuffs are welcoming and helpful. Location was very good with bus service and walkable distance. There was no electric kettle in the room. Also, the air conditioning not working properly, it was acted as a cooling fan only.

Convenience Guesthouse in Rome
The location is just next to subway exit and able to reach Colosseum by walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. But our room is facing to the main road and a bit noisy at the night. Especially there is a small car accident at the night we stay. Overall the guesthouse is good and comfortable.

Perfect hotel in the perfect spot
Absolutely loved this hotel and it was perfect for our trip! There was some noise during the night but this can't be helped and was easily ignored if you're a heavy sleeper. The hotel was within walking distance of the Colosseum (about 10 minutes) and the hotel is based beside the entrance to the metro station which proved vital in getting around. The staff were incredible and more than happy to help with anything, they even upgraded us to an apartment room free of charge simply because nobody was booked in there! Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Rome!
