Very nice hotel
The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. The guys at the reception, the ladies at the breakfast, the ladies who were cleaned our room! The location of the property is excellent! But unfortunately the metro station 'Republica' which is next to the hotel is closed more than a month. This was a bit inconvenient because I booked this hotel - and- because of that. But either way was fine and very central. I think it was a bit expensive for what it's providing.

Good place to stay if you need to be by Termini
The room was nice but clearly worn as were the halls. The electricity briefly went out, although I could see lights on in other surrounding buildings. The entrance at the street level looks much seedier than the hotel is, which is nice once you get to the 6th floor. I would stay there again if I needed to stay in that part of town, but otherwise would prefer a different part of town.

Nice small hotel with great location
A nice small hotel with great location, just two blocks away from the Republicca Metro station. The room is clean and modern compared to other hotels I've stayed in Rome before. The breakfast is ok.

OK hotel in Rome
Located near Termini which was convenient. Hotel is on the 4th (actually 5th) floor of an old building. The hotel has been renovated, it's clean. Room was rather small, beds were small but comfortable, bathroom was small, shower was extremely small (if you are big you may not fit in it). A/C and WiFi worked well, safe in the room. No international TV channels (one night, it's OK but 4 nights not). Breakfast room was very small but quality of foods and coffee were good. The elevator in the building might the be original one (wooden, very small) the problem was guests do not always close the doors tight enough so when calling the elevator it just doesn't move. It happened to us twice including the day we arrived with our small luggage and had to carry them for 5 floors! Staff at the Reception was helpful and attentive. Twice during our stay, the room was not done when we returned to our room early in the afternoon. Having left the room at 8:15 in the morning, we were surprised that 5 hours later the room had not been done particularly because it's a small hotel (18 rooms). Overall an OK hotel (good location, small and clean) but as mentioned above there were a few things (including the elevator) which we did not expect.
