Dirty. smelly . many mold in the room. internet connection is ok but not fast. no daily clean up. some equipment is damaged. the shower head is very dirty. the wardrobe is smelly and you don't want to put the coat into it. The VAT should be waived because of the tourist but it is not accepted credit card and I was required to pay for it. In other argentina and Chile hotel, I paid for the room when I booked to aviod the VAT. Hotels.com should let us choose to pay online or at the front when booking.

Las habitaciones están llenas de humedad. El baño con las paredes descascaradas. La persona que había quedado a cargo (era feriado) no sabía donde estaba la reserva. Nos retiramos. Lo que refleja la página no tiene nada que ver con lo que es.

Nunca nos alojamos. El lugar un desastre y mugriento. Imposible alojarme allí. Mande un mail Con mi queja, el Cuál aún no me respondieron. Reiteró lo expresado en mi mIl, no voy a reconocer ningún arancel y/o gasto de esa locación ya que nunca me aloje en el.
