Large spacious rooms, friendly and helpful service, clean and relaxing onsen. Best bonus is free flow drinks (soft drinks, coffee and lots of alcohol) and snacks in the afternoons and nights!

We have an amazing time! From the check in to the arrival celebration. The rooms were amazing and so large! The onsen was very family friendly. Play spaces indoor and out were outstanding. Breakfast left us speechless. Our only regret is not getting dinner. Such an amazing experience

オールインクルーシブということで利用させていただきました。事前に子供が多いとの口コミはありましたが、それほど問題ないかと利用したのですが、（仕方のない部分ありますが）かなり騒がしかったです。せめて乳幼児のエリアと大人だけのエリアを分けて対応いただきたかったです。特にラウンジが夜の時間帯で、ホテルの方もアナウンスしてくださりましたが、ゲームコーナーや子供の遊ぶエリアが近かったこともあり、なかなかルールを守っていただける状況ではなかったです。親ものんびりしたいというのはわかりますので、せめてエリアを分ける、また夜の時間帯は、ドリンクコーナーは大人だけが入ることができるなどの設定をされたほうが良いかと思いました。あと、チェックアウトが11時で、入浴も11時までに設定しているので、温泉ラウンジの飲み物や、一般ラウンジの飲み物は11時まで利用できるようにしていただきたかったです。

子供の遊び場所が大変良かったです。子供連れが多いはずです。また、オールインクルーシブで到着後のビール、おつまみも美味しく特に日光ラスクだと思いますが、美味しかったです。難点として朝ごはんの時間が待ち時間が長くて大変でした、、、

ビールをたくさん飲むつもりで楽しみにしていたのに、ウェルカムドリンクと夕食の時にしか用意されておらず、ガッカリしました。温泉後の喉をビールで潤したかったです。バーにも、限られた酒類しかないなんて。飲むものが無く、結局は売店で缶ビールなどを買う羽目に。こちらに泊まったら飲み物には困らないと思っていましたので残念でした。

入口とに公園みたいな広場があり喜んでました。入ってすぐにもこどもが遊べるスペースがありました。ウェルカムドリンクのコーナーが充実していてドライスナックやラスクがおいしかった。ただナイトタイムは子連れだらけでゆっくりなんてできません。ワンドリンクくらい部屋にもって行けた方が静かに過ごせる空間になるんじゃないかと思いました。隠れてドリンクもっていく人がたくさん見受けられました。時間になっても取りに行く客が多くスタッフはかわいそうでした。大浴場はゆったりしてました。ドライヤーはリファでなくパナソニックのドライヤーでした。バイキングはチェックイン時間で予約になっていて16:00でチェックインしたら19:30の最終でがっかりした。時間になり楽しみに行っても皿は空で盛っていく物がなくて困った。補充が遅く時間内に食べれない。時間きれで食べきれず残したのが心残り。トングはベタベタ、しゃぶしゃぶお湯が汚いし交換一切しないので高そうな肉がかわいそうでした。、刺身においては品切れ。そそくさと札を隠しありえない。スタッフに伝えたら謝罪があり、翌日の朝食はちゃんとしてました。片付けはテキパキとしててよかったです。もっと早くしてほしかったです。フロントやバイキング会場のトイレは替えのトイレットペーパーの芯と袋が散乱、ゴミ箱溢れて汚い。個室にゴミ箱ダストボックスあれば見た目きれいになったのにな。春休みの時期で平日でもたくさん人がいるのも分かりますが、スタッフ不足が否めません。いざ寝ようと思ったら常夜灯がきれてがっかり。廊下つけて寝ました。二度と行かないと思いました。星がたくさんついていたので期待が高かった分がっかりが多かった。星もつけたくない。ただ高い金を払わされました。マナーの悪い客もたくさんいたのは事実です。もう少し促すポップがあっても良いのでは。さばけないだけの客を入れたのがミスなのだと思った。
