Nightmare In Newark
I usually don’t write reviews since most of my stays are for overnight airport connections but this place was to terrible to ignore even for a Motel 6. The shower control was falling out of the wall and completely inoperable. The toilet paper holder was broken. The door security latch was broken. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced at a hotel. The structure is a courtyard design circa the 60’s and the noise from other rooms and cars coming and going never stopped until 3:30 in the morning. This place was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed at. It is hard to imagine that Motel 6 would keep their name on this place. Pay a little more, it’s not worth saving a bit of money.

What a dump!
I don’t know what was the worst. The rodent in our room. The leaks. The dirtyness. The frontdesk people rude and purposely misleading you about the shuttle for the fun of it. The doors that don't close or with a 2" gap. What a dump!

Definitely not worth it. Small, small rooms. Room was less than clean. Didnt feel safe. Walls/windows are so thin you could hear everything. Very noisey area. Check in gentleman didnt say one word to us. Didnt offer a receipt. He was annoyed when i asked for one.
