Upon arrival the staff was friendly but check in was slow.. The front lobby, ,however clean, was a poor use of space and very uninviting. The area in which we accessed our hotel room was confusing and looked like a service entry door. The room smelt fresh and appeared clean when entering. The beds were very comfortable. The AC unit worked well and kept the room very comfortable. The bathroom upon entry was clean and had the basics but there were not nearly enough towels for our family that was checked in. The floor was dirty when we wiped up excess water on the bathroom floor. Check out was quick. There was an odd bucket of dingy hand towels at the service desk with a hand written note. If you need towels, then front service should hand then out IMO. There were beverages and limited breakfast items to eat in the morning but because VERY limited space to sit down and enjoy them. Overall, for the price and general cleanliness/comfort I would stay here again.
