Made very welcome, the outside looks deceiving, but our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Shared kitchen and bathroom, but we only stayed one night so ok, would stay again when we pick our son up from uni. Thanks

Dirty sheets
Really like this place but was let down big style by dirty bed sheets. I write good reviews for them when they are good but not.on this occasion. Even got so called other clean sheets.out.of the cupboard that where let's say stained.... Not nice. But hopefully this.problem will get sorted and that will be the last of it.

Cheap, comfy hotel in East Hull
Cheap as chips room, really well furnished and a comfy bed. Downside is the shared facilities (could the cupboard in room 3 not be converted to a small toilet / sink at some stage in the future?) but that caused us no real hardship. Pub is popular but sound insulation is pretty good from inside, people outside could have been more of nuisance had we not been so tired. A great venue for anyone wanting to stay in East Hull, close to Craven Park (Hull KR) and right on the bus route into town. Staff were caught unawares by the concert we attended meaning getting served was a nightmare as many of the 20,000 plus crowd descended on the pub after our gig finished but they were working hard and pleasant enough - better forward planning from management needed for any future events.
