This hotel was amazing. From its location to the staff to the room itself. I cannot compliment it enough. Room was really spacious and design was very beautiful. It is close to the old market town which has cobbled roads and artisans shops , there are also alot of food locations that are reasonably priced I cannot wait to return :)

Overall a nice hotel, but it was a bit run down. Certain features were out of order like the heated floor in the washroom and the thermostat. The carpet was worse for the wear and there were some insects around that bit me. The walls were quite thin and even though I asked to be moved to a quieter floor or further away from some of the families, I was told it wasn’t possible. Also, I felt a bit nickel and dimed. With my stay, I was supposed to get a free “bottle” of wine, but it was more of a glass and when I was checking out they were a bit rude, patronizing almost, and attempted to charge me for it. They did charge for the second “glass.” Also, don’t expect any bottled water or anything “complimentary.”
