Quick trip to Tokyo
Just passed through Tokyo on a long layover. It was somewhat difficult to find, but that was my fault not theirs. Everything was in excellent conditions and very clean! I enjoyed the capsule experience and it was larger than I expected. The bathrooms and showers were impeccably clean and felt private even though they were shared.

Stay in a capsule
Even at 6 feet tall, there was plenty of space in the capsule to lie down. Only thing that there may not be enough room for is oversize luggage. Overall, well worth doing. Definitely a unique experience.

Awesome place! Employees are very nice. Just wish some of the guest would realize it isn't a euro hostel.

Read the terms!
Clean and convenient hotel. Very affordable for the area. Make sure to do your research first if you've never stayed in a capsule hotel before!! I wouldn't recommend it for a stay longer than 1-2 nights. And you can't be in your pod or the showers between 10 am and 5 pm. Not so good for jet lagged travelers.

Excellent facility and run well!
Very clean organized and excellent staff. Well worth the rate ..Only recommendations is that the smoking room be well away from the lounge as the smell was allowed to permeate the area and if the ventilation for the capsule be allowed to exhaust the humidity and heat out more readily.

It’s my first time staying at a capsule and just like everyone else I’ve decided to give it a try. While my stay in japan I booked 4 nights at the bay hotel and 4 nights at a diff hotel where I actually get a room. The capsule at bay hotel was much more up to standard than a 4 star hotel. I felt more comfortable showering there. Will definitely stay here if I’m ever around or may try a different capsule. Not to mention, I booked wrongly. Instead of the women room I booked for men but that was no issue at all because the front staff took care of it in less than 5 minutes and of course I paid a little extra which I was perfectly fine with it since I made the mistake. Please give this place a try! Ladies... I walked back to the hotel ALONE at MIDNIGHT it’s super safe.

Great Capsule Hotel in Good Location
Ever since my daughter heard about "capsule hotels," she has wanted to stay in one. So, when we visited Tokyo, we booked two capsule rooms at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, located in a great location, close to several subway lines, and was very efficient. It also offered several great amenities. We felt very safe, and the hotel staff offered to keep our luggage after we checked out (until 4 p.m. that day). We would recommend this hotel to any women seeking the same experience as we were. They won't regret it!

Nice and comfy
I stayed here 9 nights and it was lovely place to stay! The hotel is in a convenient place in Ginza and plenty of convenience store nearby for food. Every item needed to refresh yourself is provided. When I go back to Japan I will choose this hotel again!
