This property had horrible customer service. Front line staff also known as the owner of the hotel had poor communication skills in addition to amenities that were not shared with guests upon check in. I would highly recommend that future individuals do not book this hotel.

I stayed for 5 nights. The place is easy to access from the train station and the staffs were super nice and friendly. Communication was hassle-free and smooth as the staff speak English very well. The room has washing machine inside which was great! They provide free laundry powder, so you can do laundry for free (but if you need the dryer you need to pay about 3000 won). They room itself was good and very comfortable for solo traveler. If you have big luggage and travel in pair the space could be a bit tight for two people, but should be manageable. The wallpaper in the room was a bit old and I found a baggage tag from previous guest on the wall... It went unnoticed by the cleaner some how. Overall the stay was value for money and as advertised. Would stay here again.

Superb hotel and value for money, comfortable, clean, modern, welcoming drink on arrival. Complementartmy water, slippers and dressing gown. Free airport transfer. Superb hotel, close to shops. Its only hotel i will choose to stay in incheon.

Loved it!
Awesome residency. Minor problem with air conditioner that kept turning off automatically even when it wasn’t scheduled to. Other than that, rooms are very well equipped and the personnel is very helpful! Enjoyed my stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are minimalist, but you are not there to spend time I. Your room right. I wanted to bring pizza in late one night and the slender gentleman at the night desk told me it was not advised, tho there are kitchenettes in rooms??? Hair dryer kept shorting out. Awesome washer in room but must go to lobby for dryer and pay 1000 won. Would I stay here again, knowing what I am getting......... yes I would.
