Two star maybe
Definitely not a four star - very out dated-filthy carpets that smell. No coffee or tea making facilities - not even in public areas as stated - a coffee shop is in the foyer but you have to pay. Hot water via an old urn is available on a different floor. It's not what I expected via the pictures on here.

The service here was horrible I booked on hotel.com and my date was wrong. They couldn't work with me. Then the charged me alot. Theu manager and check in staff were the very rude Wifi was terrible. I asked if if they can refund me they told it's your problem.

Run down 4 stars hotel but good location
Hotel is a bit of run down. Finds ants in the room and bathroom. The water pressure of the toilet is not strong enough to flush the toilet well, need to hold the handle till the end otherwise, it could not flush well. Receptionists were not very polite and helpful. The hotel charges 10 BHT per luggage for storing luggage. However, the hotel in a good location. The price was very reasonable. Good for one or two nights stays.
