Pretty noisy during bedtime. Service was great. Condition of the room was ok. Breakfast was good (plenty of food). Stayed there for 2 nights and got served with different food for both.

Nice stay with private hot spring. Dinner and breakfast were yummy

The hotel was located some distance from nearby bus stop or tramway station. Nearby eateries close at early hours so it is a must to sign up with dinner plan. Even though the room was roomy and comfortable, the bath (which should be the attraction for the area) was small. Overall, a little disappointment.

Super Japanese Experience
The location was beautiful and super easy to move around. The onsen was beautiful. Only the beds were really hard and the shower was kind of hard to use. But the breakfast was also amazing and the staff very kind and helpful.

Good proximity to transport options
Location and staff were great! Communication in English was very basic here. Found a layer of dust on the on the in-room information folder. Toilet lacked the bidet which appears to be usual for older buildings.
