Would come back if I needed to be in Ginza!
Location is good if you like to shop for luxury items. It's close by a lot of designer stores. However, it's a far walk for food and shopping. Not much to do near by, no clubs, no bars, absolutely nothing. Customer service is excellent here though. They can actually speak english, which helps a lot. They also offered me an umbrella for the rain which was a kind gesture. Would book again if needed to be in Ginza.

Great Business Hotel in Ginza
This is a very clean, quiet hotel in the heart of Giza. Very close to metro and JR rail lines and very close to the main shopping areas. It definitely feels like more of a business hotel, but the room was very comfortable and very clean. I would recommend staying there gain, especially if it was a business trip.

Nice stay, in great area.
The rooms and bed were small for a family of 4. But not unexpected for Tokyo. The cleanliness was great and I loved the shower and tub. Short drive by taxi from Tokyo Station and not too long of a walk if you’re just exploring. Located just steps away from luxury shopping and restaurants. Great value for the area!

Everything was great, but the addition of a gym would make this truly great. With the summer temperatures in Tokyo nearing the uninhabitable, it is difficult to run outside, so at least one or two treadmills would be great

Awesome location. Room was very nice...the massage chair in room was a big hit! Asked the front desk for a romantic restaurant near by and they did not disappoint!
