The property was clean, but overpriced for what it provided. Staff seemed unattentive. Many details were ignored. No bottled water, no place in bath for towels, soap, clothes when showering, no change for transportation, no clarity on where to check in, no idea where to go if we left the property (walled hotel). It felt like a camp converted into a hotel with little thought. If the price had been a third I would have been happy.

This room was a cabin style about 15 minutes from the airport. The good part about it is that the hotel staff was waiting for us in the airport and took us to the cabin at midnight when our flight arrived in Quito. The problem was that there was not heating during the night when the cabin gets very cold. The bathroom could have been cleaner! Also, the staff did not speak English but we managed and everything was fine at the end.

Where to begin ? This hotel should be a 5 star hotel . From its cozy cabins to the friendliest staff , this place has it all. Staff super attentive and so helpful will think you right at home . Location is close to the airport and lots to do and close to so many places . Happy to stayed here and will be glad to come back with my friends . Great Recommendation and I Give this hotel a A+ .

Great for a one night pre or post trip to Quito.
Very welcoming and a surprised receptionist that tough they had made an error with a one bed room for two guys.:) We had a laugh on that one. Hot water took a while to come to the shower and was tricky to adjust for steady temperature.

Service was great, owners are very attentive and helpful. Room was clean, big and nicely renovated. My complaints are no internet in rooms (only in lobby), no hot water whatsoever, and location that is difficult to find.
