Suited our needs with one exception - breakfast didn’t start until 8. In the summer we wanted to be out before then to start our day early. We ate breakfast there only one of the 5 days we stayed.

Great customer service
The motel was conveniently located as a no-frills option close to Williamstown. The only thing I would criticize is the outdated and soiled or torn upholstery that is long overdue for replacement and updating.Chairs in the room were too large and created obstacles. It appears that the owner is already updating some other rooms. We left a valuable item in the room and the woman who cleaned phoned us and arranged for its return! We are so grateful. Most establishments wouldn't do that! Thank You!!!

Conveniently located motel
Reasonably good hotel located in beautiful Williamstown -- a great area for the arts and summer events. We stayed in a two-queen bedroom. It was nice and quiet -- back aways from the road. The decor was OK, better than many motels. But a few items needed attention or repair (the desk chair arms were frayed; bathroom window sill needed some cleaning out). Note: the bathroom was extremely small, with very little room to maneuver, and no shelf space for toiletries, etc. The room included a small fridge, which was convenient. Breakfast was so-so (OJ, muffins, two kinds of cereal...) in the small hotel-reception area, which had one table for eating. However, there was no hot water for the Lipton tea, and the coffee was like caramel-colored water. So afterward we went out for coffee.

Too highly rated
Upon check in no information about the room or services available were relayed. No information in room about television channels, in room phone, or area services. Outside room painted halfway, inside of room dirty in places. Musty smell upon first entering the room. Wouldn't stay there again in the future, would drive back home instead.

Super cute, clean motel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice continental breakfast. Really liked the nice flooring in the room; hadn't seen this in a motel before (I always expect tired, depressing wall-to-wall carpet, but this place has nice new floors).
