Location of this property is very convenient; however, it’s noisy at the early morning hours when young people are drinking at the bars nearby. Receptionist was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast basket was plentiful, it’s a pleasant surprise to find breakfast basket before 7am since we were to leave to go to airport at the early hours.

The apartment is amazing but going up and down the stairs to the second floor with luggages was horrible m. Even with the help of the staff, it’s very uncomfortable. And the parking is expensive and far. Other than that, the place is super nice and staff super gentle and helpful.

If there are some things I will say about my stay is that getting to the location by foot (I walked from the train station) requires climbing a lot of steps. Ubers cannot venture down the street (taxis can). The neighborhood is also known for being loud late at night so if your room fronts the street that may be an issue for you. Breakfast was basic fixings for sandwiches with fruit and yogurt plus a capsule for the coffee machine. The room was much larger than expected and well appointed. WiFi was good, and there were electrical outlets everywhere. The view from the Miradoura (nearby) should not be missed but skip the cafe and go to Rebel Cafe for coffee and pastries, especially one of the better (and much less touristy than what you’ll find along the Rua Augusta) pastéis de nata.

The staff was awesome, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The location was wonderful and always had working elevators & solid wifi. Apt was lovely- even tho it's a bit smaller than the photos imply. The king-size bed was super comfortable and such a better option than other places that only offered two twin beds pushed together. The only tricky part was catching my uber on the way to the airport. I had to leave by 6:30am to arrive by 7am. There was no one at the front desk to help me catch the uber. Since wifi is unavailable once you exit the building and the uber can't pull up right at the door due to limited access on this street, it would've been nice if someone was at the front desk to help coordinate this. The uber that picked me up from the airport to the apt was able to drop me off at the front door, but not the reverse. You just never know which ubers have access and which dont. I had a heavy luggage bag and a backpack and it was stressful to flag down the uber w/o wifi. Thankfully, garbage men happen to be on their route at the time and they pointed me in the right direction. The bounty of continental breakfast items delivered every morning were lovely, but having hot breakfast options would be ideal. Some say this was a loud neighborhood, but we were on the 5th floor and the doors/windows were double-paned so noise was not an issue at all (never had to use ear plugs or wear an eye mask). Overall, highly recommend this place. THANK YOU LISBON COLOURS!!!
