Friendly staff, food service crew were great, housekeeping ladies were wonderful. Hall carpet needs to be replaced. It’s an acquired smell but still a shocker coming in and out of room. Tv reception spotty and sporadic as wires rubbing against cabinets and table.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!
Evening Front desk attendant was rude and unfriendly seems he hated his job. We arrived for checking and he took about 10 to 15 minutes to over some help. He’s was just laughing and speaking to his buddy inside laundry room. My younges used the rooms restroom toilet wound flush trued using room phone and phone was out of order, went down stairs and ask for maintenance or someone to help and all I got was a dirty ass plunger that was leaking water really unsanitary he said I had to do it my self. Also we stayed for two nights and for the whole weeken pool was out of order. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room needs a deep clean. There’s was spider web behind the bathroom door. On the second night I noticed there was some type of bugs coming out of the shower. I asked the house keeper to clean it and when retuning to the room there was still bug in the floor and she forgot to take out the trash from the room.
