B&B La Nannina, Florence
Comfortable but noisy
Our stay here was so lovely! The staff are helpful and kind, the breakfast is tasty, and the location is perfect for accessing the train station. One thing to note is the walls are a bit thin, you can hear people in the main room from your bedroom. Also there is construction happening outside, making for unpleasent noise and views. Still totally worth it, might go back again!

Hidden Gem!
If you are looking for a place to stay in Florence, I highly recommend La Nannina. From the moment Giosè greeted us at the top of the stairs, I knew it was going to be a very nice stay. Expecting the accommodations to be nice, we were pleasantly surprised to have our expectations exceeded. The owners' and other guests' descriptions were spot on, not exaggerated. Our room was decorated very elegantly, yet simple and spotless. As if that is not enough to make or break a stay, Giosè is a very hospitable host. He took the time to make sure we had everything we needed including an itinerary to make the best use of our short time in Florence. He included places to see, pictures to take, and of course where we could find the best gelato. Not only that, he is a history buff and enjoys giving you a glimpse into Italian history if that is something that interests you. La Nannina is also very convenient to the Santa Maria Novella train station and the bus depot which makes it a great base for day trips as well. The majority of historic destinations in Florence can be reached easily by foot. I cannot say enough about La Nannina and the hosts, so do yourself a favor by staying there, you won't regret it!

One of the best B&B's I've encountered, comfortable and clean, top-notch breakfast, free wifi, good location next to the train station and easy walking to the city's main attractions, all topped by a very welcoming and friendly staff. Thanks to Giose and Andrea for a great stay!
