Very quite, in the middle of nowhere, nice hospitality, great breakfast, room conditions could be improved with heating and a little more sanitation of bugs , although it’s normal as it’s part of the nature (farm).
The dogs: we like them as we have one, and we loved them , so for us it was totally ok ! But a suggestion: may be it’s better that the property owner puts preliminary info so that people who are afraid of dogs would not be terrorized being welcomed by the huge one (85kg) ..! 😅
