Amazing location, comfortable bed and bathrooms.

Good 6.0
The location was wonderful. It would be nice to have curtains on the bed for privacy. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything.

Great place!
My stay was great! Upon checking in the staff was great. When I had questions the staff was great. The place is cute and comfortable and super convenient to go anywhere since there are three very close train stops. A great perk was that they issued me a "Handy" (brand) cell phone to use while staying there which allows international calls for free to several major countries and unlimited internet use. This was a major help for when I first arrived in Tokyo and had not yet sorted out a SIM card for my phone.

First visit to Tokyo
Great location! Close to Shinjuku Electric District and close to train station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Shared restrooms were clean always avaiable. Special thanks to Pandey (hotel agent) he was very informative, helpful and polite. I would re-book with Tokyo House Inn again

Poor 2.0
dont stay here
ive stayed at many, many hostels in many countries before but i have never been to one this bad the pictures are a lie, there are no curtains on the beds, so i have to sleep about a feet away from some snoring strangers head sound proofing is horrible, you hear everything going on outside it isnt clean, dirty spots everywhere, smells like a dump. you also dont get a locker or belongings storage, so you either take your stuff with you everywhere you go, or you risk getting them stolen in your room. no elevators, so you have to drag your stuff up all the floors. also management staff is full Korean
