The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely.

Clean, comfortable great location
Modern, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and only five minutes or so from the cathedral. Continental breakfast was OK with option to pay extra for hot dishes. Friendly staff. I'd defintely stay here again.

Gonzalo the front desk gentleman was very courteous and attentive help bring my luggage from across the street parking lot. Hotel very clean, great location, bed very comfortable.
