A fantastic new hotel in the centre. Attention to detail from check in to leaving. Great staff, lovely large room and bathroom. Great breakfast too. Even though I live in Prague would stay again.

Ordinary Stay
The service and cleanliness were just regular and ordinary. The carpet by the sofas at the entrance was dirty (dark spots) and that was my first bad impression. The room was ok when we checked in but housekeeping missed cleaning it the following day b/c we had the “Do not Disturb” sign on the door. This is no excuse, we just didn’t want to be awaken early! Hotel staff should know people go out to see the city so they just could have knocked to check we were not there and clean the room.

Loved room, it was big, beautiful, and comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. Fantastic staff and location. Wish they were in more cities! Only issue was the small minibar fridge that wasn't cooling but no big deal.

We upgraded to a suite and it was well worth the extra money. The rooms were grand and the bathrooms were beautiful. The staff is absolutely incredible especially my boy Carlitos. I actually made friends at the bar with a guy from Belgium that’s a regular there. If you’re lucky enough to meet Mr. Marc tell him David says hi!!
