A newer, modern hotel, comprising 2 buildings, located just outside the centro area, but only an easy 10 minutes walk to the historical centre. 'Mega' supermarket is just one block(3 mins. walk) behind the hotel for anything you might want or need and the huge local 'mercado' is at the end of the street.The building in the back is off the street (quieter) and has a lovely pool. We booked for 5 nights in a kitchenette room overlooking the street.Noisier, but it did not bother us, and we enjoyed being able to see the street-life.It was a huge room,very new and clean.We extended our stay by 2 nights as we really enjoyed the room and location. Housekeeping was not done unless we asked, but then was prompt and good.Our room had a king bed, futon sofa,lots of drawers and storage, and even a walk-in closet with hangars!The kitchen had a side-by-side fridge, gas stove/burners and even a convection microwave and double sink. Plates and cutlery provided but no cups or glasses(we never did get these, but the 'Mega' had some!Staff spoke very limited English but were friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to parking off the narrow street, in the courtyard.We discovered(too late) that they have laundry facilities.
Great hotel in a convenient location and great value.We would definitely stay here again.
