Perfect location
Short stay, 2 nights at the end of a long trip. Perfect location in Condessa, close to Roma. Highly recommend.

OK, but it can improve
FlowSuites at Condesa Pro: very well located, walking distance from great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Cons: 1) the elevator was not working the day we arrived. they had US (clients) carry our luggage up the stairs to the reception area on the 6th floor and after checking-in, then they let us know our room was on the 2nd floor and we (client) have to carry the bags back down to the 2nd floor. 2) One morning there was no running water for about 2 hours. 3) NO answer at the reception after 10:30 pm.

Nice but wouldn’t stay here again
Rooms are nicely decorated but floors aren’t quite finished. Elevator doesn’t take you to the top floor. Staff threw out an item of mine and made no effort to replace it. Lacks proper noice insulation; you can hear other guests honeymooning.

Keep looking until the Refurbishing is done
The hotel is being refurbished. Need it to walk 2 flights stairs to access the Lobby with 2 bags not fun ( elevator only reach to the 5th floor and lobby is on the 6th floor) Entrance is weird via a little hallway next to a sushi place. Construction personnel on site, dust everywhere. Nothing like the pictures. Checkout took longer than expected. Rooms were not that clean but I need to give it to them the rooms do look nice and very spacious. Still...Won't stay here again for sure, do not like not being notified of hotels under construction until I show up at 9:00 PM This shall be a Policy. Personnel like anywhere in Mexico are nice and very helpfull. The area is very nice restaurants, Super markets, Cafe's and SAFE, sadly the hotel isn't cheap and not up to normal standards.

Very Good8.0
Would stay here again - roomy + great location!
I'm in this area several times per year. The location is great - you can walk to practically everything from here. Our room was a junior suite, facing Nuevo Leon on the 4th floor. The room was large, plenty of light, and a very comfortable bed. The decor is modern and tasteful. Let me get back to how comfortable the bed is -I really want to buy whatever mattress it was, but forgot to ask. There is a lot of storage space and a small fridge, and the wifi worked very well. Lots to like! However, it would be remiss of me not to point out a few of the weaknesses. The windows really need to be double-glazed, especially if you are staying on the busy Nuevo Leon side. We have White Noise apps on our devices and they definitely came in handy. Flowsuites appear to be expanding to the floors below and you can hear construction but not until about 10 or 11am, so that wasn't a problem for us, but worth keeping in mind if you like to sleep late. A couple of oddball little things, like, they ran out of robes so they took one of ours, but then a day or so later, we got it back. We never had a "do not disturb sign." Last, bring a strong person or pack light as the elevator only goes to the 5th floor, but check in is on 6. Overall a positive experience and I would stay there again.
