Good Apartment, Great Location
We stayed in the more modern looking room in the pictures. It was clean and was great for a couple of nights. The room had a dishwasher which was nice but no soap to run it. No cleaning supplies to wash your own dishes. The kitchenette was nice but a little too small for cooking big meals if you stayed for a few days. Only small convenience stores for groceries around anyways. Bathroom was clean and toiletries provided however like many other places we stayed in Italy the shower doesn't have a door so water gets everywhere. Room had AC although shut off at midnight for some reason. Controls were hard to figure out. I wouldnt open up the windows because garbage pickup and street cleaning happened late at night and extremely loud. The location of this room was probably the best part. Very close to Trevi fountain, spanish steps, pantheon. Also easily walkable to colleseum and vatican. Close to main roads but just far enough away to reduce noise. Worst part was getting in contact with the owner/manager Giulia which blamed for not relaying messages and apologized, however it was very stressful after booking a non-refundable room and not hearing a thing to schedule check-in. Giulia was also not very flexible with check in which was awful for us who landed in Rome before noon and couldn't check in until 3pm. There is a business nearby to store your luggage if youre trusting. We werent. We ate a nearby restaurant with our bags. I'd think about staying here again.

Beware of the renovation work
Beware of the renovation work almost directly beneath the apartment. Pictures attached. Sound of drilling and banging starts at 8am and can be heard until 6pm. Owner mention it is beyond their control and nothing they can do. Wifi was down for early two days due to power cut at property. This was not addressed by owner either. Would not recommend property to those who appreciate a restful holiday....Had I known I would be booking a room where building works were be undertaken i would have booked elsewhere!

Not quite luxury? Old and outdated , a bit over priced. Apartment heating didn't work they brought a small portable heater that didn't work properly . Had a dishwasher but no dish cloth, tea towel or washing liquid. Shower worked well but small. Great location.

Problems with check in - had discussed late arrival but no one there on arrival. Had to wait a while. Also had problems with door lock - got locked out and couldn't open it. Apartment needs better lighting.Power point near microwave needs fixing. No jug etc for water heating for tea/coffee. Central location.

Would not recommend
Wifi barely works, limited connection. Air conditioning turns off at night when you arrive at the apartment. Shower head is weaker than your faucet. Hotel does not respond to emails for help. Would not recommend.
