Great hotel and staff
Great hotel, comfortable rooms and brilliant staff. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The pool was very good. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a superb time and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

5 stelle....mah!
Come detto ormai da tutti, è una struttura che da 5 stelle non ha nulla, struttura, servizi,pulizie, nulla. La colazione non varia come si conviene a una struttura 5 stelle, sono presenti solo poche cose, non è possibile che non sia possibile neanche avere del latte caldo se non pagandolo extra a caro prezzo al bar della struttura. Il personale di servizio é gentile e fa quel che può. Non la cosiglierei

Not so good
Заселили хорошо. Однако, при заселении в номере было очень душно. Кондиционер работает только при закрытых дверях балкона, что так же не комфортно, так как душно. Когда уходишь из номера, строго запрещено оставлять ключ в электрике, чтобы кондиционер остался работающие и можно было в свое отсутствие зарядить телефоны. Более того, при выселении даже за деньги не позволили продлить проживания даже на 2 часа, хотя у меня трое детей. Попросил заказать такси, разъяснил что много багажа и персонал это видел, однако заказали обычное такси, которое приехало ну и соответственно уехало. Пришлось ждать другое, при том что ехали в аэропорт.

APPART-HOTEL CENTRALISSIMO!
Collocato nella via centrale, comodissimo per raggiungere la spiaggia ed incastonato fra ristoranti e negozietti, comodissimo. La struttura è bella, accogliente e ben attrezzata, la camera spaziosa è dotata di tutto quello che occorre. Ottima la pulizia! Il personale alla reception cordiale, disponibile, sempre presente, con particolare attenzione alla clientela, abbiamo gradito il constatare che di notte vengono effettuati dei controlli all'esterno dei corridoi che portano alle camere ! Consigliatissimo!

Non e' assolutamente un 5 stelle!
Questo hotel non è assolutamente un 5 stelle. In Italia sarebbe a al massimo un 3. Le camere sono ampie ma arredate con arredi vecchi. La pulizia nelle camere è molto molto approssimativa. Sotto il letto si vedevano residui di polvere e capelli degli ospiti precedenti, come anche in bagno. Sia le lenzuola che il copriletto presentavano delle poco gradevoli macchie gialle, anche se messe appena messe. Le stoviglie in cucina erano vecchie e poco pulite. Il tostapane aveva ancora sopra le briciole degli ospiti precedenti. Di domenica non viene eseguita la pulizia delle camere, e non vengono nemmeno cambiati gli asciugamani. Chieste delucidazioni in merito ci è stato risposto "è domenica, di domenica non si puliscono le camere". Semplicemente assurdo in piena estate. Si è costretti a lasciare la chiave alla reception ma quando si va a ritirarla capita diverse volte che al banco reception non ci sia nessuno. Abbiamo aspettato a volte anche oltre un quarto d'ora. Attenzione anche alla posizione.. l'hotel è a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Tigaki la quale però è invasa dalle alghe a tal punto che non è praticamente possibile fare il bagno.
