Good Hotel for short Business trip
The hotel is conveniently located near Sloterdijk station. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and good. The bed was fantastic. I had great sleep everyday. The only disappointment is about the room. It was small with hardly any to move around freely. I stayed for 3 nights. I wouldn't have continued in that tiny room if I had to stay few more nights. They have a restaurant also. Food is OK

Overpriced for quality of service
Since the moment wr arrivred late night, znd from the second we stepped in the hotel, i was shocked. We arrived after long flights and like a good hotail chain, expected, some greeting and a smooth checkout. Howrver, in reality, there were two receptionist; one was busy with another customer which was fine but the other one was chit chatting and laughing with some other staff right in front of us for good 5 minutes at the reception desk without welcoming us. Wr thought he was not staff until he finally decided to ask ask if we need help. When we said we're here to check-in, turned out he was a new staff and took another 10 minutes to check us in. In total it took +15 minutes to check in. Here is the funny part, the entire time of check in, the receptionist didn't speak a word (no welcome, no apologies, no brief of thr hotel, no wifi information, not even the room number) "i had to ask after he threw the key cards on the table and started stairing back at his screen" The room was another shock . It was nonsmoking room but smelled like smoking room. I called to change the room, the receptionist said to call in the morning and there's nothing he can do. Thank god we were there only for one night. I rarely write reviews but i totally wasted my money here and recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs

Nice hotel, good location 2-3 minutes walk from the train station, clean..., Reception staffs very friendly but Breakfast staffs need more training for example they are about to punish you and educate you to order omelette ( which is not available) or fried eggs ( you have to know by yourself that you have to wait and order from your place and not as in whole hotels directly from. The chief.

Worst service
I was very frustrated, did not met my expectations. Compare Mercure in Paris. Way too far, customer service well not appreciated. My emotional upset I have noticed the sink in the bathroom so moldy I should take pictures. I did not, and worst I requested a shampoo receptionist told me to pick-up in front desk because they too are busy.

Clean. Convenient to public transportation: buses, trams, trains. Little grocery nearby. Friendly reception staff and restaurant staff. Nicely decorated. Well appointed. Relatively quiet. Rooms somewhat small. Beds comfortable. Small exercise room - weights and bike. Got two phone notices from reception- never figured out why.. Reasonably priced.
