Great location, small room.
Location is very convenient. Family Mart and 7-11 are located just across the plaza. Shinjuku Station is maybe .25 miles, so 6-8 minute walk. Lots of restaurants/bars within blocks. Room was clean, bed comfy, good wifi ... but room was REALLY small. We had a double room and the double bed took up half the room, the bathroom took up the other half. We were prepared for the room size, based on previous reviews. Luckily there is so much to do around the hotel, all we did was sleep in the room anyway.

Recommend staying as a last resort
While the hotel is new, it is not that clean. - Room smelt like smoke - Windows to view the area/city are about a foot wide, which I don’t understand. - Worst part was the shower water pressure. It was horrible as it took forever to take a shower. Again it’s a new hotel?

Small room, could be cleaner.
The room is TINY, it smelled a little bit, they won't change seats every day unless you forgo the water bottle they give you, and the location is FINE right in the heart of shinjuku near the VR zone (a bit loud). Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 person.

Good location
Hotel is very close to Shinjuku nightlife and shinjuku station, so very centrally located. Rooms are extremely small (smallest we’ve experienced on our 3 week trip). The hotel offers an Onsen (indoor hot bath) which is wonderful and a real highlight! We initially booked this hotel for our first few nights in Tokyo and for our last few nights, since we thought that we could store our luggage there and travel with less, but they didn’t let us do so, which was unexpected and annoying. Also, we ordered something online and had it shipped to the hotel before returning to Tokyo, however the hotel wouldn’t accept the package and so we never got it. Keep in mind that the staff’s English is very limited. Overall it’s in a great location, very central and convenient.

Where was Mothra???
I loved the location, right in the middle of all the Japanese craziness. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, but extremely small. I cannot imagine two people in this room. The pillows were flat and hard, but all in all, I liked the place and would definitely book again... I with my Japanese brethren ran screaming for our lives from Godzilla reeking havoc on downtown Tokyo!!!😂😂😂
