The room was dirty still from whoever was there before and when I asked for another room she didn't have one like I ordered.

It was one of the few hotels in the area that had electricity with PG&E cutting power to the area

Don't do it. Safety is FIRST.
Scary place. I arrived for a 1-night stay. The motel was dark and no one was available to check me in at 8pm. I had to wait and ring a bell. The attendant came out his secure locked door and checked me in. I told him I'm a single female traveling alone and need a secure room. He gave me room 47 which was at the end of the parking lot hidden from all other rooms. The room was dingy, dark smelled foul. The shower had broken tile and the topper is the front door only had one working lock. The deadbolt was broken and not lodging into the associated door hinge. There were men lurking in the parking lot. Apparently they were staying at the motel but had their door open and eyeing people. This was a bad situation for me. I left to talk to the attendant and tell him I did not feel safe and he tried to reassure me that the motel was safe. But the weird thing is, he said it with a smirk and a wink. I told him I was not staying since I feared for my safety. He said okay, your choice. Yes, I choose to live.

Pretty expensive for a bare-bones room with paper-thin walls. Through the walls we heard every neighbor's slightest cough, and the thin curtains let in a lot of light from the parking lot.

Major Disappointment
The place looked nothing like the pictures and wayyy overpriced for what you actually get. The rooms stunk bad of mildew. The carpets are all stained and dirty. The towels have brown stains on them. We stayed 2 nights with no room service. Had 4 people staying and only 2 towels to use. Went to the office in the AM to get towels and they never answered the doorbell you have to ring. The best thing about it was the pool but those towels are all stained too.

Poor 2.0
Unfortunately was the only place in town that had a room available. Once I stepped foot into the room i noticed the floor was dirty, only thing that looked done was bed made and towels switched out. It didn't feel right, I am a state licensed pest control technician and instantly performed a bed bug inspection. I did not observe any bed bufs at that time but did however notice the floor under the bed seemed as if it had never been cleaned. There is decor mounted on the walls being held up with metal plumbers tape that is bent outward, so make sure you have your tetanus shot. The bathroom and sink area walls and ceiling have mold all throughout them.

I would NOT recommended this facility to anyone.
Our stay was not pleasant. We arrived about 4pm and had to phone twice to get someone to come to the office and check us in. The floor was dirty. The bed is extremely firm. I weigh 180, sat on the bed, which was supported by a series of mini slats (see photo) and the mattress dropped through. I then picked up the mattress and put the slats back only to have it happen again. This made for an uncomfortable stay, never knowing when it would fall out again. There were two adults sharing the bed. Not good. I have added a photo to show the condition of the floor when we arrived. Amenities were limited due to COVID-19. Cleanliness should have been a priority.

It’s a cute wooden holiday lodge. It had murals that my great grandmother had on her wall, brought back great memories. Very rare to have real key to get in door and glass water cups. Parking was bad. Did not have time for pool. No breakfast or anyone at the front desk.
