Overall a very pleasant and affordable stay.
Stayed two nights in a group room with one single and one bunk bed. Bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. 24 hour cafe was particularly nice to get tea at night and coffee in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very short walk to Earl's Court station. Room was very clean. Hooks on the walls would have been a nice addition so that towels could dry or we could hang up clothes. Towels are not included and cost £2 to rent, so bring your own if you can. We always travel with a few of those chamois towels that roll up very tiny but can absorb a lot of water. Showers were hot and larger than expected. Overall a very pleasant and affordable stay.

Overall excellent expect one receptionist
Everything was great except the one lady at reception. She was very condescending during check-in in regards to us not being from the UK. They also don't accept Biometrics cards as a form of id to check-in (which is good enough in the UK or EU as a replacement id for my international passport) so I only needed a student id... which doesn't even have my birthday or UK residency information. Otherwise the rest of the staff was very sweet and informative. Excellent location and still part of the zone 1 in the underground. There are plenty of inexpensive places to eat in the area if you're on a budget!

Great Location & Neighborhood
The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and available. Dorm rooms are small, but comfortable. Wifi connection is ok, not always consistent. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. Common areas are large and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

They say free wifi but it's only in the lobby if you have a good connection and can find a seat. The free breakfast was a little to be desired. They put out just enough to say free but really if wanted more you needed to purchase. Location was nice
