The room was super clean and receptionists were so nice. The room was quite small but has everything the guests would need(no table tho). The hotel also has ice machine on 4th floor. I would love to re-visit this hotel.

This hotel looks great in photos, but in reality the rooms walls are paper thin and they are tiny. We couldn’t sleep a wink every night we stayed here... terrible. Front desk doesn’t care despite my request to change room or ask the room next door to quiet down at 11:30pm.....

Great location between two major subway stops. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within and near each station. The rooms are small but the bathrooms have been remodeled and a roof garden added. Service is generally good. A bit of dust behind the curtains but the living area itself was very clean.

Unbearably HOT and SMALL room
New hotel close to subway station BUT it was unbearably HOT as room temp must be controlled by the hotel and lowest it got was 25C/77F (forget the ac controller in the room) with AC on all the time! Guess trying to save on electricity and guests suffer? Room, even deluxe, is SMALL as photos are wide-angle and deceptive with very short desk depth. Long wait for crazy elevator that has a mind of its own - press Lobby but stops at 3rd floor then goes straight up to make 4 stops on the way to lobby.
