Great Location with Yummy Breakfast
Great place to stay in Boston! Loved the location. Bonus was the yummy breakfast; enjoyed a pancake bar one morning and a breakfast taco bar the next morning. Delish!

Awesome hotel across from Convention Center!
I was staying at the Element because it's super close (walking distance) to the Boston Convention Center where the conference that I was attending was. Everything from my room to the amenities were great. They have one of the best complimentary breakfasts that I have seen in a long time and great coffee. The bed was very comfortable with full sized pillows. I also loved that when I asked if they had a razor I could purchase, they gave me one, free of charge. They have computers that you can use with free printing. I am not a fan of the area it's in (not too fun for Boston, super industrial), but a quick Uber ride can take you to great restaurants, etc.

Superb!
I love everything about this hotel. It’s exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It’s also operating as an environmentally green hotel and the staff truly reflected this philosophy in our daily interactions. The coffee machine and daily breakfast was superb and the evening happy hour was the icing on the cake! It’s in a great location and I will definitely be staying with them on our next trip to Boston!

late check-in ruined bachelorette dinner
I actually did not enjoy my time at the hotel. I requested an early check in a few days before my check-in. I was told to call the day of. When I called we were told there were no early checks in, which I understand is just a request. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 am and were told that our two rooms, were supposed to be ready at 3:00, which is listed as your check in time. At 3:00, I went back to the front desk to check-in and neither of our rooms were ready. I asked if there was any way to get us into a room and the man at the front gave us a different room that would not be next to the other room. We then went into our room to get ready to go out. We did not get the second room until after 4:30, which is unacceptable when you list 3:00 as the check-in time. Because of this, 8 girls had to get ready in one room; which we were not prepared to do and considering we did not get in the room until after 3:15 was a very difficult task. We missed our 4:45 water taxi; therefore, missing our 5:00 dinner reservation. The restaurant did not hold our reservation and we had to find another restaurant, which is a daunting task on a Friday night in Boston with 10 girls. We came to Boston for my sister’s bachelorette party from New Jersey and this check-in process let to our dinner being ruined. Your hotel is not a cheap hotel, and I expected better service. I would not recommend your hotel to others.
