For such a nice hotel, the price was great. We had 1 room booked then had to book an extra room last minute. Booking was easy. We were given rooms right across from eachother. Check in was quick and easy. The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. Property was very clean. We did not use it, but there is a bistro/bar in the hotel. We also did not make it to the pool. Room was very clean. It smelled nice, not like a normal hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was a nice location. Out of the way of super busy areas but still close to many things. Lots of options for restaurants and convenience stores within a mile or 2. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Don't pay extra for breakfast on Expedia.. you still have to pay at the hotel. So between two reservations I spent $45 on here. Then ordered breakfast at the hotel and paid another $50. Nearly $100 for food that would have been free at any other hotel. $4 for a hot cocoa that even kiddos complained tasted like hot water and nothing else. $10 for 1 waffle with 2 strawberries diced up, powdered sugar and whipped cream but no syrup? I understand this attemt at a more fancy atmosphere but this was ridiculous. The lobby was great for gathering. Pool hours were favorable since they opened until 11pm. Liked the strong coffee in the lobby. Noise. Our room was on the opposite side of the pool. When exiting our room we could hear kids and adults in the pool area. At night we could hear the bed above us as someone climbed into it. Oddly enough for a room with a kitchette there was no trash can in the kitchen. Toilet tank had a slight crack in the front of the tank and bulbs were clearly out that staff didnt replace. Bathrooms were clean and cute with the barn doors that fully closed and locked. This would be a great hotel for sport families or get togethers but if you are looking for a quiet night maybe request a room from anyone else and on the top floor.

The pool area was never cleaned or walked through while we were there. I had to ask for towels for the pool area every day and there was food on the floor by the hot tub from Friday to Sunday and an Overflowing garbage can that no one cleaned up until I asked. The rooms on the surface appeared nice but under the bed was full of dirt and left over pop cans and water bottles. The staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. Things were just neglected

The hotel overall and the room were fine. We were highly disappointed that the pool area was under a major renovation. We were notified that the bar/restaurant was no longer opened on Sundays. Neither of these items were communicated either by the front desk at check-in or online. The breakfast the next morning is worth getting with your room!!
