Bathrooms are dated and need a refurb. Food is almost the same everyday. Most dishes are not seasoned! Pools are not heated so very cold in October! A la carte restaurants are poor quality food and service. Cleaners don't mop the floor so you get brown bits on the floor from the dust. Staff are friendly. Do your shopping in Sarigerme and not any other towns such as in Resort, Ortega or Dalaman

We really enjoyed our vacation. It is totally kid friendly. The people working there were very respectful and polite and helpful. The hotel was full yet all the facilities were very clean. Food was great, authentic dishes every single time. The beach feels like you are in a tropical island. Overall, my whole family enjoyed the hotel and would love to come back again

I truly recommend for family with kids. The swimming Pool, Night Attractions, Beach, Food were just perfect. Actually you do not need to leave the hotel. They provide everything. There is a small village 5 minutes away by taxi where you can shop much cheaper than those at the hotel. If you wish to buy a float for your kids, I recommend Migors Jet Supermarket located at this small village near the hotel. 10 x cheaper
