Arrived at property at 2AM thinking it was ok because on iphone maps info it stated Open 24hrs yet nobody was there to help check in. Had to sleep in my car! Saw a renter at the front who said that they are never there & that he had to go honk his horn in front of the managers car in the middle of the night when he can't get in due to her sleeping in her car! They opened around 8AM. As we sat waiting to be helped I noticed that the people who were coming into the lobby looked suspicious (drug users). We told them that we wanted to cancel our reservation & they were very and helpful (Mgr & other front desk clerk). We were then told one thing about approving the cancellation and it not being a no-show onsite and they were "very nice" about it. I left, then called Expedia who called the hotel to verify that they approved the cancellation because I had pre-paid for the room when reservation was made. Expedia was told that the cancellation was not approved & that we wouldn't be reimbursed! I called the hotel back and was obviously upset and asked why it wasn't approved when they told us it would be, the manager said I had an attitude and hung up on me! Of course I had an attitude but not once did I get out of line or say anything disrespectful for her to hang up!

My room had dried boogers on the wall and mold. The recliner looked like it had been attacked by a cat. The water pressure was almost nonexistent and barely warm. Rooms aren’t very sound proof because I was kept up by someone coughing incessantly. I also couldn’t use the vending machine which had a scanning/phone option that didn’t work.

THE CLERK DAVON TOOK 2 HOURS TO APPEAR. THE FRONT DESK WAS UNATTENDED. HE WAS VERY RUDE HE ARGUED WITH ANOTHER COUPLE BEFORE MY WIFE AND I CELENEASE. IM VERY UPSET BECAUSE WE WERE TIRED OF WAITING. AFTER APPEARING HE WENT ON TO SAY HE WORK 2 JOBS ALSO ADMITTED HE WAS SLEEPING. HE DIDNT APPEAR UNTIL I PROCEEDED TO CALL 911 OUT OF FEAR SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED TO THE FRONT DESK AGENT

Worst hotel / needs to have cleaning overhaul
They REALLY need to clean up this hotel. This is the second time we've stayed there, and this was the worst. My socks were BLACK from the dirty / filty hotel room floor and when I took my socks off my feet STUCK to the floor...ugh. Water pressure was obsolete. We will not be staying there again.
