Ha sido una PESADILLA lo que hemos vivido aquí, nuestra habitación no era caliente, es que directamente ARDÍA, he tenido que dormir en el balcón, los otros han tenido que mojar las camas y sabanas, estábamos con la puerta abierta todo el día para que hiciera algo de corriente. Todos las demás habitaciones les pasaba lo mismo. Fuimos a quejarnos y pasaron de nosotros como si fuéramos una mierd... Llamé a Hoteles.com para que solucionaran esto y me he quedando profundamente decepcionado ya que tuve que llamar dos veces y en ninguna han echo nada, soy miembro gold por que reservo mucho aquí y no me ha valido para nada..
