Nice Gem in hot area!
Nice clean new hotel in a very centralized location just off Leister Square. The square can be a noisy location but the double paned windows made for a quiet place to retreat to as needed. The room was very comfortable and they have thought of many details to make your stay very welcoming. There was a fridge with water and milk provided for coffee and tea which you can make in the room with the kettle and amenities they leave each day. There is also a mobile phone to use during your stay for navigation while visiting. The room a bit small BUT was very clean and modernly decorated with a beautiful bathroom too. The staff was very helpful and kind during our visit. And the tube station is just a block away. Worth checking out!

Location is great.
The location is primo in Leicester Square for sure. China town was in the back yard for some great eats. Easy walking around the area. The rooms we were in was right next door to a club so the banging of the that on our last night was bad. Did call and at midnight they finally got approval to move us to a quiter room. The 2nd room was nice as well, but much quieter. If you are early to bed would watch the room you get put in. The tube is also a 2 min walk for the hotel which was nice.

It’s No SOFITEL!
It’s no near a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are so small , no lobby. Hard to find. Picture of the building is of the square not the hotel. Location is good if you want to find yourself in the midst of the loud area of the place. Cars are not allowed to come in so our can had to leave us a block away from the hotel which truthfully he couldn’t find himsrlfwe had to go look for it dragging our suitcases. It’s not the Sofitel like some people get confused. No SOFITEL!

Tiny room but convenient location
This hotel is in a great location and beautifully decorated. Our room was the smallest ever though, to the point where you can't even squeeze luggage past the bed and the wall. No big deal since we were only staying for 2 nights. Water, light snack, and coffee machine is provided in the room. The concierge was a bit pushy and arrogant though. His recommendations came off as orders when my husband and I were trying to discuss lunch plans. We're no strangers to London (lived there and have visited a dozen times since) and have local favorites, but he felt the need to insert his opinions anyways. The hotel was quiet and didn't have tons of foot traffic, which is appreciated. Although once you step outside, you're definitely in the crowds.
