Great location
Just a one night stay, but very nice. Great location. Staff /owner was very pleasant and accommodating. King room with kitchenette was very clean and comfortable. Price was excellent. Nice breakfast included. Furnishings were a bit dated but nicely kept. Free parking on site. Would stay here again.

Cape Cod stay
The overall condition of the room was good very clean bed was comfortable the bathroom was surely lacking in a storage place for our toiletries the The kitchen sink was very small and cramped into a corner of the dining room for the continental breakfast was in the same area as the front desk only a few feet away given the opportunity we probably would've stayed somewhere else

Kind proprietor; close to the action; good value
This is a wonderful, independently owned and operated hotel with a great location and a proprietor that should really be an instructor in hospitality management. Raj warmly welcomed us at the front door when we arrived. We had spoken by phone prior to our stay, and he was able to accommodate our request for a room on the first floor. He personally brought additional towels to our door, and the genuine pride he takes in maintaining his property and caring for his guests is apparent in every interaction. The location is great: just steps from the ferries, walkable to Main Street, and the trolly also picks up nearby. As others have mentioned, the property is somewhat dated, but is impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated that our room had tiled floors, rather than carpet. The included breakfast was modest (coffee, cereal, pastries, yogurt), but was kept constantly refreshed and very tidy. Parking is tight but ample, and when the hotel is not fully booked the hotel offers day parking at a very reasonable rate for guests after checkout. Overall an excellent stay, and we will certainly come back the next time we are passing through.

Wonderful place to stay!
Great location, and very friendly, accommodating staff. My room was very clean and comfortable, and Ray was very kind in assisting me with a very late arrival. I loved visiting Hyannis and was able to walk everywhere! Would stay here again for sure!
