Very Good
Nice place, off the highway.
Hotel was really nice. Easy on/off from I-77, and simple connection to I-40. Downtown Statesville is a short drive. Very clean hotel, excellent service at the front desk for check-in/check-out. Restaurant "the Grill" had a limited menu, including adult beverages. Very nice place. Priced accordingly.

Overall excellent hotel, breakfast NOT included.
This hotel is new and in excellent condition. I would go back to the hotel again. Only negative is that the hotel charges 9.95 for breakfast and it's very limited besides eggs made to order and French toast . If not getting free breakfast which is typical at most places these days then you would expect a larger more nicer array of breakfast choices when paying . I got more offerings at the free complimentary breakfast at cheaper hotel I stayed at the next night .

Not Up to Hilton Standards
When I can, I stay at Hilton Hotels - I am a Hilton Honor member. When I arrived there was no one at the desk to great me. After waiting about 10 minutes someone arrived to check me in. After taking my Hilton Honors number, the desk manager did not even offer the Honor's member bag. Each time I came and left from the hotel, there was never anyone at the front desk. The WI-FI never connected. For new construction, I was disappointed the rooms were not more soundproof. I could hear people talking next door.I am currently waiting to see if a "pending" Hilton charge on my credit card - that I did not authorize - goes through. If it does, I will be disputing that with my bank. It's not my charge. All in all, very disappointing.
