Although convenient to restaurants and shopping, the property itself is sub par. The condo is in dire need of updating. Upon arrival, we we told we would have 30 minutes to unload. After 29 minutes we were tagged with a $40 parking ticket. 15 minutes is not enough time to unlock access to the lobby, the actual unit, drop off bags and text family we arrived safely. Not to mention the parking garage is quite a walking jaunt to the condo especially when handicapped. Very inconvenient. For future advice to potential renters, stay in a hotel.

The location is very nice, as well as the hotel. It would help if they would pay more attention to cleaning it. There was food in the kitchen sink strainer. Hair on the floor bathroom. The kitchen table was dirty and needs to be replaced. It needed a good dusting all over. The door lock was tricky and sometimes did not want to work. The terrace was dirty and chair pads on rocking chair are very old and worn out. When I called with questions the gentlemen would not answer promptly and seem rude. The brochure says there is a Keurig coffee maker and pods. They had a regular coffee maker no coffee. There was a roll of paper towels but only had three or four paper towels. They need to hire a cleaning crew who pays more attention to detail.

Great view
It was a nice room with an awesome view. However there was a lot of dust on the base boards and kitchen and bathroom backsplash’s. The couch smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Besides that, it had all we needed for one nights stay.
