I had to call the attendant, who drove to meet me, after waiting in the cold for 5 minutes at the front door. She spoke broken English, so explaining my online reservation was frustrating. An obvious bloody booger was on the wall next to the bed that housekeeping didn't bother to clean (including my 2nd night). I killed a German cockroach behind the fridge the second night. No bed bugs thankfully. Not going back!!!

Terrible
It was not clean...or a refreshing to stay here. When we arrived we had to call because no one answered the door. Then had to wait for someone to drive there to open the door so we could check in. Would never recommend this place again!

Dismal location, no decent restaurant or bars. Couldn't take credit cards, no wi fi as advertised.

Demolish. Forget about renovation.
This is one of the 3 worst motels we have ever stayed in. There was a gap under the entry door (direct exterior entrance). Not good if it rains or snows and provides critter access. Coffee maker in room but no cups. One (1) plastic cup in bathroom. No towel rods. Dirty tray above sink (toothpaste smudges). No Kleenex in room. Only one (1) waste basket in room. No TV channel directory. Very noisy A/C. Sloppy workmanship re. their renovation. Exposed dry wall screws used to hold things together. Limited electrical outlets and potentially dangerous. Tried to cancel the 2nd nights' reservation, but they would not let us do so. Went home anyhow. If you want to stay in Creston, spend a few extra bucks and stay at a decent place such as the Super 8.

Not my best experience
To begin with there was no record of my reservation, thank goodness I had a copy of my reservation. The clerk herself wasn't very friendly. when we walked into the room there was a strong odor of mold. the room was small dark and there wasn't a closet or a rack to hang clothes.When we came back from our event we found bugs in the room! the management had left for the evening so we packed up and drove home. we lived an hour and a half away better my bed than theirs!! this motel was way over priced and not very inviting!

Retired homemaker
If there was a negative star I would put it. The bathroom was dirty and they had to finish putting the door frame on it. If you wanted to set at the table you couldn't there was no room. We had to pull the bed out to plug the alarm in. The room was very small and it look like a roach motel. I would never recommend any one stay there. Only good thing I could have my dog with me.
