Great location, somewhat quiet street, comfortable room. Came with a small kitchen but we really didn’t use with so many places to eat nearby. The espresso machine came in handy. We stayed for more than a week to see the sites and explore the city. Everything is walking distance 5-25 minutes to most all major sites. Would definitely stay again.

Ok plus
The Plazzo, overall the property is indeed higher end style. However upon arrivel neither air-conditioning nor wifi were working properly. Both were fixed within 24 hours, but when you stay for 3 days and pay the appropriate high end fee, its stil 1 out 3 days without air-conditioning and wifi, whereas mobile reception in the property location is weak. The location is very good for central Firenze.

Fantastic location in a more residential neighborhood - away from the crowds but still walkable to restaurants, the sites, even the train station. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great,we could do an early check in and leave our luggage until 4:30 for check out.The place is spacious and comfortable,remodeled and modern inside the rooms.They have an elevator for big bags.The hosts were very nice,the gentleman even welcomed us with a bottle of wine!!Thank you so much!
