The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, Singapore

Just spectacular, & as soon as you arrive you know this is going to be a special stay. Its a very new hotel, with a great ambience & tranquility about it, with attention to detail. The staff are amazing, very professional, yet friendly & eager to please. We booked a 'Deluxe Room' which was stunning, very large, great bathroom, all extremely clean & the amenities one would require. The bed was beautiful with great pillows & linen, with a turn service every night, with fresh towels etc. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of food from Asian, European or British influences. The gym was good, & the pool area nice. The Wifi was excellent & we felt very comfortable, safe & welcomed with our stay here .... we did not want to leave. The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to most Museums, A park, Orchard Road, Raffles, Marina Bay sands, China Town & so much more. The MRT is only a block away & taxis are cheap here. I would definitely recommend 'The Capitol Kempinski' & want to thank the staff for making our stay so pleasurable in Singapore. We will return

Wonderful staffs, great service and beautiful room but with odd layout as desk/vanity and minibar was placed at the balcony though its covered but how can one work at the balcony during the day as its really hot 😅 Ordered chicken porridge for in room breakfast but was given small bowl of plain porridge plus watermelon juice was sooo diluted. But the waitress was really nice and quickly went to check with the chef and delivered a new chicken porridge but we decided to order hokkian mie and chicken rice and nope they werent as delicious as u would have thought. Dirty hair dryer. Been trying to upload pics but not sure why website kept saying failed 🙄

Great hotel with plenty of privacy and great service. the hotel is centrally located on capitol plaza, next to raffles city mall and tjimes, easy access to city hall mrt as well. Our room was spacious, but layout could be improved, bathroom is large however the toilet feels cramped and dark, shower also needs a bit more light. We got the breakfast in the 15 stamford which have a great selection of delicious food with great decoration and service Overall very good stay

We stayed for two nights at the Capitol Kempinski to check it out. Apart from a few small glitches ( understandable as the hotel is very new), it was a very nice experience. The decor and room size were lovely (we had a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony). The hotel dining was similarly good- both breakfast as well as dinner at 15 Stamford were consistently delectable. What stands out most about Kempinski is the consistent great attitude of every single staff we encountered- from the super doorman to all the wait staff, spa attendant, receptionists, everyone made us feel like royalty and so welcome. Kudos to the highly engaged staff who really made the difference for us.

I wasn’t happy about the reservation made by Hotels.com, because the reservation was made for king size room (50sq),but the room I got was around (28sq).the that’s means I am not getting the room I reserved, and I did show the person in the resption my reservation ,but they didn’t help me to solve the problem, that’s why I was not happy to stay in there and I did change the hotel and I went to the st.regis hotel.
