First problem is they don't answer the phone, we called more than 20 times from 11 am to 3:30 pm, left messages till mailbox won't accepted, contacted Hotels.com Chat and they could not get any answer either, then the lady on the reception when my husband asked why they didn't answered said that the owner was in New jersey and that is why she was not answering, which for me is totally unprofessional. The room was standard good, there was no creamer for the coffee so we couldn't have coffee in the morning. Not to much privacy, as the room had two doors on each lateral that communicates with other rooms that were crowded with families, kids playing laud and beating the walls and even the door, on the other side the other guests got up early in the morning and were talking long distance on the phone and we woke up with loud voices. You can hear everything from the rooms on both sides. Worst thing was that it seems someone is making repairs nearby or another floor, I could not see, but they started since 5:30 am to heat a surface with a heavy tool, and that lasted till about 9:00 am.
