The most comfortable Hotel in the area
This is a large Hotel with 2 swimming pools, outside and inside, sauna and large common spaces. The Front Desk is not too friendly but efficient. The room has a good space but you cannot let the AC turned on, because the key needs to be inside. The Breakfast is good, they did what the could to offer us the best. The did scramble eggs by demand for me and my wife, delicious. The impression that we had is that this Hotel had better days, but is still a good Hotel. A little bit over price for what is offered, I believe 20% less would be more appropriate. Definitely if you want to stay in a Hotel that has space to relax after you do the tour, and you are Ok to pay more, this is the Hotel to be. We spent all the evenings at the warm swimming pool.

O atendime tô foi ruim. Pois a Gerência está trabalhando de uma forma errada. Literalmente os empregados estão batendo cabeça. O quarto não foi arrumado nos 3 dias que estivemos lá. Tive de ir a recepção pedir papel higiênico

Wifi no quarto nao funcionou, como teria que usar a trabalho solicitamos mudanca de quarto e nao fomos bem atendidos nessa situação, pelo contrario! Quanto a limpeza e conforto do quarto indico! Eles precisam melhorar o tratamento com os hospedes!

Local aprazível e com ótimo custo benefício
Hotel agradável, com funcionários simpáticos, limpeza adequada. Protocolos de higiene contra a COVID 19, muito bom, inclusive no café da manhã. Quartos e banheiros espaçosos, cama confortável, toalhas um pouco antigas. Piscina externa bonita e limpa. Já a piscina coberta e aquecida deixou a desejar, pois não estava com a manutenção em dia. A água estava turva, não arrisquei a entrar, o que foi muito lamentável, visto que estávamos em dias chuvosos. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Problema com a toalha de piscina
O único problema que tivemos é que somente no momento do checkout veio a cobrança de todas as toalhas que pegamos para usar na piscina, sendo que o papel que assinei para pegar as toalhas nao falavam sobre a cobrança de seu uso, apenas da multa em caso de perda. Mesmo com essa reclamação, a recepcionista nao conseguiu isentar a cobrança. Pessimo exemplo de atendimento.
