Good hotel for a Disney visit
This is a good, moderately priced hotel for a Disney stay. It was very easy to get to Disney; a free, cute, Disney-themed shuttle bus runs very frequently to a transportation center--I don't think we ever waited even 5 minutes--and from there it's easy to get to Disney with a short and inexpensive train trip or to go on to other destinations in Japan. The staff seems quite nice and the lobby is very impressive--fun to look at it from the glass elevator as you go up. The room is larger than most Japanese hotel rooms with a huge and comfortable bed. The rooms are a bit dated, though, and I didn't love the orange walls, but they are clean and really nothing to complain about. The breakfast seems a bit overpriced, although maybe not fair to say since we didn't have it--wanted to maximize our Disney time! I liked that you can leave your luggage at the front desk if you're headed to Disney after checking out, and they'll transport it to the Welcome Center at Disney so you can pick it up after your final day at the parks. (You have to get it by 8:00 pm and there is a modest charge, but it actually seems to be a better value than using one of the Disney lockers.) My one criticism is that the Wifi is really bad. It shuts off constantly and barely works, and even our data didn't seem to work in this hotel, although it was fine everywhere else in Japan. But other than that, I would recommend this as a good Disney hotel value and would stay there again next time we go to Tokyo Disney.
