Roach infested
Used a personal credit card to reserve the rooms with the intention of using the company card upon check-in. Couldn’t check-in until about 10:30 pm and the desk clerk was aggravated when we called to verify the late check-in. Upon arrival she was very unfriendly and decided to use the card on file for both rooms without asking to do so or to even see the card. So I was charged for my room which was fine and found out later charged for the room of my fellow employee that checked in after me even after me informing her his needs to be put on a different card. When we got to the rooms at about 11pm the smelled of mildew and mold which was covering the carpet by the a/c unit in my room. The door didn’t latch properly from being forced pryed open previously. It was late and I had to be up early so I figured I could deal with it for a night. When I got up at 4:30 to get ready for work there were a dozen or so roaches on the walls through the room and in the corner of the room was several dozen smaller roaches crawling in and out from under the carpet. I took my things with me when I left for work and since no one was at the front desk to speak with I called later to check out and ask for a refund. The manager let me know there would be no refunds, that I should’ve seen the signs about bug infestation posted inside the hotel before checking in, which isn’t possible because the sign was posted behind a security door that requires a room key. The sign said the hotel was fumigated.

Not so great
Cleanliness was not good. Stayed two weeks and room was never cleaned. I ended up washing my own towels. What I can only assume was comet (cleaning agent) was all over. In the freezer it fell on food and ice cubes. They had to fix my key cards 4 times because they just stopped working. During a rain storm, rain came through the AC into the room. It took 2 towels to soak it up. Blinds were broken and not usable.
