Awful place, needs new management or torn down and built . Booked a non smoking room.at the time there were three..It didnt take me long to get to the place to find out all they had were smoking. My God the place smelled terrible. Look at the reviews! I normally do but didn’t. The photos are not what they look like on the website FAR FROM IT! Please do yourself a favor look elsewhere. Travelocity and other 3rd parties should be ashamed for listing properties that receive poor reviews.

IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH!!
Booked same day and arrived at approx. 7:00 pm. Initial impression, entrance and hall smelled of smoke and mildew. No lobby but a room to the right with impact glass between you and receptionist. When elevator doors opened on the 3rd floor the smell was downright noxious. Combination of smoke/dog/mildew/mold and god knows what. Our room was just as bad. I went to use the bathroom and there was visible mold/mildew on the walls and roaches scurried when I turned the light on. My wife who is battling breast cancer and going through chemo called through the door, "honey please hurry I think I'm going to be sick". I opened the door and she pushed past me and threw up. She has experienced mild nausea but the medicine keeps it under control. She said it was the smell and had even opened the window to air out the room. I called the front and told them we would not be able to stay. When I went to relinquish the keys the girl said that the manager advised we would have to go through the 3rd party Hotels.com for our refund. This was a lie. Hotels.com said the manager had to authorize the refund. Both myself and Hotels.com have been trying for 2 weeks now and the manager never returns calls and still has not authorized the refund. I find it truly insulting that this property considers the condition of the rooms to be acceptable. It's no longer about the money but about the health of those that stay here. Please, please, please read reviews before booking. IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH!!!

This is a motel, and that is being generous. I killed a roach the first 60 sec of opening the door. Minimal is the word for the room. We had 4 in the room, which we told them, we had 2 towels. Floor felt sticky and wet, needs replaced. Stinks! The kind of place you leave wanting to shower because you feel so dirty being in it. One positive: mattress was shockingly comfortable.

Save Yourself The Trouble And Stay Away
We chose to stay at the WoodSpring Suites in Knoxville, TN in an attempt to stay somewhere a little nicer than an EconoLodge. This was a complete misfire. When we got to our second floor room, the floors were sticky, the carpet was damp, the total of two pillows were an inch thick, the walls had obvious brown stains randomly yet regularly, there were obvious bugs strolling about, and the toilet was out of service. Yes, you read that right. Our in-suite toilet was out of service. We asked the service desk for two more pillows, and they said they would be right up with them. We never received them. We also asked the service desk for a working toilet. Fortunately they did respond promptly to that request, and in less than 2 hours we did have a functioning bathroom again. This was genuinely the worst stay at a hotel I have ever experienced. I've never written a negative review before, but this was more than warranted. I will forevermore appreciate the humble EconoLodge and Super 8s along random roads.

Utilitarian and cold
When I turned the light on in the room, there was a roach on the air conditioning unit. The chairs in the room are basic plastic chairs. There was no bedside lamp used for reading. The room was not inviting or comfortable. Very utilitarian and cold
