Horrible shape
No hot water, shower didnt work , the safety lock was busted off , floor was sticky so couldn’t walk around with no shoes, and there was something like toothpaste or whatever the door and mirror, towels were so small could of used them as hand towels and the towel rack was busted off yet you refused to refund my money

Very unhappy
7.7out of 10 is NOT TRUE! I was a single woman traveling alone. It was frightening driving up to the hotel at dusk, potholes in parking lot, lots of gravel. When entering hotel I noticed a man sitting in lobby watching tv, went to checkin and the desk agent was unable to find my reservation (even though he had my ID). Offered to give him my confirmation number, he said no & kept asking for my name… even when he had my ID! I didn’t want to say my name because of the man sitting in the lobby. The carpets to 2nd floor are heavily worn/dirty. Floor in room sticky, low bed, sheets didn’t fit mattress, chips in toilet seat & lid. I slept with light on & woke up early (5:30) & got the heck out of there. Worst hotel stay ever. Unable to ‘checkout’. No one in the lobby or At front desk. Left keys in room. Noticed a basket in lobby for keys… I wouldn’t have left the keys there because someone could take the keys, with room number on the) & enter my room and trash it…. Which I would have been responsible for.
